The Hand Tremor Simulator tests the effects of shake on the imaging systems of mobile and tablet devices, as well as their ability to compensate for this type of motion. This simulator allows for the precise selection of frequency and amplitude of the tremor ensuring that image stabilization implementation can be tested and evaluated accurately. The simulator is controlled with a Windows based PC, and a user interface which allows for easy configuration of various vibration profiles and custom arbitrary waveforms.
