Imatest Return Policy

We value our customers and work to establish a long-term relationship with each one. Specific circumstances surrounding a return request are addressed individually, and we will do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs. With that in mind, our stated return policy is as follows:

• Imatest Software Licenses - We offer the a 30 day return policy on our software licenses.

• Standard Charts - Our standard test charts are returnable within seven days of receipt providing the chart is still new and in the original packaging. As test charts can be easily damaged, we reserve the right to inspect your returned chart before authorizing a refund.

• Custom Charts - Custom test charts are made to order and are not returnable.

• Equipment orders are fulfilled directly from the respective manufacturer and are not returnable. Each specific manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
